Vendor Information

Our 2027 PAACH Homeschool Convention will be held April 15th-17th at Bethany Baptist Church in Edwards, IL.

We are hosting a "New to Homeschooling" Night, Thursday, April 15th. This is a free event for those considering home education, or brand new to it. There will be vendor chat/shopping time. Our hope is that vendors who want to be open by then will be set up and ready. PAACH will provide a free dinner for vendors on that Thursday evening.

We are looking to bless attendees with sessions that strengthen and encourage them as parents and teachers and would like to provide a forum for you as an exhibitor to bless them with curriculum and supplies that meet their needs.

Whole families are invited to come which allows parents to review potential curriculum choices with their children but will also make for a more "active" exhibit hall. Children under 12 will be expected to be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Electricity and Wi-Fi are FREE.

Other Relevant Information

• Each booth fee includes one 2'x8' table.
• Each vendor is given 2 chairs and 2 badges.
• We had ~350 attendees in 2026 and ~640 attendees in 2025.
• Our convention is known for a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
• Expect late in-convention sales. Since it is a small exhibit hall and we have a relaxed feel, attendees may wait and peruse and ponder awhile before making purchases.
• Setup is Thursday, April 15th. You will be given an arrival time frame to set up.
• We staff sufficient volunteers for both unloading and reloading up. The vendor hall closes at 4 p.m. and convention ends at 5 p.m. on Saturday so we can be loaded up and heading home by ~6 p.m.
• Outside food is allowed to be brought in, but we do provide up to 2 meals per vendor for each meal.
• No refunds after January 1st. 50% refund will be offered if you cancel before that point.
